Don't ask policy

It's sad when a co-worker asks you, "Are you pregnant? I had a hunch last time and I have another hunch this time." My response, "No, I just never lost all the weight yet. I actually have a cold so I have to wear a lot of clothes." I really don't think you should ask someone if they're pregnant until they offer to, because I'm really, really not.
