Tofu

It's not often where Ed & I get the evening off together and we don't have to work the next day. When we do get the chance, we try to have "family night," aka go out to eat and not cook at home.

We wanted to try out Tofu House on Atlantic. By the time we started heading out, we were famished - so we made the mistake and drove into the the Empress Harbor Plaza instead of the Ocean Star Plaza. We proceeded to get Justin out of the carseat and into his stroller, went to the 2nd floor and saw no Tofu House. Then we realized we got the wrong Chinese plaza, it was the one next to Empress Harbor and in the Ocean Star Plaza. So we then filed back into the car, put Justin back into the carseat, and drove next door. Only then we weren't able to find a single parking space (on a Thursday night) at Ocean Star. We even went to the lowest floor in the parking structure, and no luck. We circled and circled and no luck. So we decided to go back to the Empress Harbor Plaza for the 2nd time, circle the first floor of the parking lot (no luck), and ended up back on the basement parking again and parked the same place as before. We only didn't park in the same spot or else we'd feel more irked. Finally, we parked, proceeded to get Justin out and into the stroller and had to walk to the next plaza. We were happy that Tofu House was worth it, it was pretty tasty to us. The battle was well worth it. At least we found a new place to eat at where we can park a stroller.
